rename board specific macro for example

- BOARD_DEVICE/HOST_RHPORT_NUM to  BOARD_TUD/H_RHPORT
- BOARD_DEVICE/HOST_RHPORT_SPEED to  BOARD_TUD/H_MAX_SPEED
