* remov build_make.py

* setup toolchain support esp-idf
* fix missing click
* merge family in matrix build to reduce jobs
* skip cifuzz since it still has issue with get_deps and click

rework make freertos port handling

this allows ports to specify a freertos port outside the FreeRTOS-Kernel lib directory, which would otherwise not be possible
