This adds bsp for ST nucleo-g491re board. This is mostly copy of nucleo-f474 only differences being: - PLL configured to 170MHz (not affecting USB which runs on HSI48) - Linker script freshly generated from STM32CubeIDE (smaller RAM) Signed-off-by: Jerzy Kasenberg <jerzy.kasenberg@codecoup.pl>
